






A: Global Diagnostics is a device developed by Vitatec that records and displays information about the body’s responses to very low electrical impulses. Medically trained practitioners use this information as part of a holistic wellness consultation. It does not replace conventional medical testing.
A: The appointment contact time is up to an hour. The practitioner will spend some further time, outside of the appointment, analysing the reports in conjunction with your full case history, to formulate a tailored treatment plan.
A: You lie down while two electrodes are gently placed against your skin, often on the feet. The measurement takes around 8 minutes. The process is painless and non-invasive.
A: No special preparation is needed. Wearing comfortable clothing and avoiding creams or lotions on the electrode areas is helpful.
A: Adults of all ages can choose to have a session. Children may also participate if they can remain still during the process. It is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, transplant patients, during pregnancy or anyone with implants.
A: The device uses very low electrical impulses (much lower than everyday household devices). To date, no harmful side effects have been reported. The device has been used by health practitioners in Europe for over 30 years.

A: Cranial osteopathy is a gentle, specialist form of osteopathic practice that uses highly trained, very light touch to assess areas of tension or strain in the body to facilitate healing. Gayle was awarded fellow status from the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.

A: Yes. Cranial techniques are very gentle, and osteopaths are trained to work with people of all ages. Gayle has undertaken an additional 2-year post-graduate paediatric qualification and volunteered for 7 years at a charity that providesactivities and therapies for childrenwith disabilities and additional needs.
A: No. You can book directly with an osteopath. Some health insurance policies may require a referral — check with your provider.
A: Somatics is a movement-based practice that uses slow, mindful exercises to increase self-awareness of how your body moves and feels.
A: People of all ages and fitness levels can take part. Movements are designed to be slow, comfortable, and adaptable.
A: You will be guided through simple, mindful movements, usually performed lying down, sitting, or standing. The focus is on self-awareness and comfort to train new patterns of movement.
A: No. Somatics is accessible to everyone, and movements can be adjusted to suit your comfort level.
A: Yes. When your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email. At the bottom of that email, there’s a link you can use to cancel online. If you prefer, you can also send us a message. Please note we require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This helps us offer the appointment to another patient if your circumstances change.
A: You can use our online booking system to check availability and reschedule to a different day. Please remember to cancel the original appointment you no longer wish to keep. As above, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
A: Yes. Membership is billed monthly, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. If your circumstances change and you can’t attend the live classes, some members choose to remain subscribed and listen to the class replays at their own convenience.
A: All in-person appointments are held in a clinic in Virginia Water, Surrey. Full address details and directions are included in the booking confirmation. A reminder will also be sent the day before the appointment with further information about coming to the clinic.
